Refund policy

A. Revocation clause 

Preamble

Consumers are entitled to a revocation right according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to its commercial nor to its independent professional activity:

Revocation right

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you have to inform us (Brigitte Kemkes, Brigitte Kemkes Hair&Beauty, Max-Peters-str. 13, 47059 Duisburg, Germany, Tel.: +49 1 52 590 21 1 3 1, e-mail: hello@pauahair.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract.
You may use the enclosed revocation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the revocation right prior to the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and not later than fourteen days past the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for repayment, that you originally used for the transaction, unless expressly otherwise agreed with you; in no event you will be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have to return the goods immediately and in either case within fourteen days from the day you notified us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met, if you send the goods prior to expiry of the fourteen days’ period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any goods’ loss in value, if this loss in value is due to goods’ handling not necessary for checking the goods’ condition, properties and functioning.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you do not have the original packaging anymore, please use adequate packaging to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that the aforementioned items 1-2 are not a condition for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
